Basic activities of the Support Center of the Information System of Higher Education Institutions (ISVU) are participation in the development, installation and introduction of program support in all development stages of the ISVU and providing help to its users.
The users of the ISVU are the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, Croatian higher education institutions, students of those institutions, as well as other institutions which are permitted to access the data and join the ISVU system.
Basic activities of the Support Center are:
- participation in the activities of the ISVU development team
- participation in the implementation of particular ISVU modules
- participation in defining the servicing system of constructed program support,
- training the user for independent ISVU servicing,
- ensuring reliable and proper operation of the central ISVU server, especially of the central database,
- taking security measures in the central database, and
- offering technical support to direct users.
